WHAT IS CAST POLYMER?
Cast Polymer is the umbrella term used to encompass cultured marble, cultured onyx, cultured granite and solid surface products used in a wide range of household and commercial applications. Some of these applications include: bathroom countertops, shower receptors, bath tubs, tub/shower enclosure sets, fireplace surrounds, window sills, wall panels, whirlpool baths and molding accents.
Cast polymer products are man-made, chemically bonded, mineral filled, polymeric materials which are molded and hardened to a solid material in a variety of shapes that meet diverse design needs. The manufacturing process permits a range of uses almost immpossible to achieve with quarried stone. Cast polymer is stronger and less brittle than quarried marble and is more durable than porcelain. Cast polymer products resist mildew ans stains are easily cleaned with non-abrasive cleaning agents. The one-piece, seamless conctruction of cast polymer is easy to maintain and resistant to breakage.
Today's cast polymer products offer improved construction, top-notch raw materials and superior quality control standards. The result permits a total kitchen and bath concept with products that last longer, look better and still allow the freedom of color and design versatility at an affordable price.
WHAT ARE CAST POLYMER MARBLE, ONYX & GRANITE PRODUCTS, SPECIFICALLY?
Cast polymer marble, onyx & granite have the look of genuine marble, onyx or granite. They are usually manufactured with a high gloss coating called a "gel coat". This "gel coat" is applied during the manufacturing process and becomes an integral part of the cast polymer product. Colorants may be added to the polymer/filler matrix in a manner which provides a "veining" that mimics the appearance of natural products. The polymer casting process yields a rock hard, durable product that takes on the look and feel of a natural product.
Cast polymer marble, onyx & granite products easily meet nationally recognized standards to resist water, stains, burns, chemicals and everyday wear and tear.

Vanity Tops
All of our beautiful vanity tops, whether standard or custom, come with a chrome finish overfloow ring. It is important to note that all products are cast products and are hand made. Therefore, variations in the finish dimensions and colors do occur and are to be expected. Normal dimension tolerance is +/- 1/4".
Bowl Styles
All standard size vanity tops are available with our Newport oval bowl OR our Laguna recessed oval bowl. Custom size vanity tops are available with any bowl style in 22"depth or larger. Please check the specs for bowl availability. Click the icon above to go to the bowl style specification page.
Edge Profiles & Custom Options
7 different edge profiles gives you alot of possibilities to beautify the vanoty top. However, most of the edges are only available with custom vanity tops. There are also, many custom options that you can choose from to create a unique vanity top to suit a style or a specific function. All of these options are only available with custom vanity tops. Vanity Top Oder Forms

Standard "Stock" Size Vanity Tops
The basic standard or "stock" size vanity tops are available in 18 different sizes with two different bowl styles. All of these tops come with an integral 4" high backsplash and a 3/4" edge profile. Single hole, 4" and 8" faucet drills are available and loose 4" high sidesplashes for either side or both sides are also available.
Shower Bases & Tubs
There are shower bases and bath tubs to meet everyone's needs. 7 different standard sized shower bases and 5 basic bath tubs make fitting into existing standard size spaces easy. Custom shower bases make filling the needs of not so standard spaces easy as well. Custom bases can take on shapes other than the usual square or rectangle. Angles can be added and drain locations can be moved. Please consult with our staff regarding limitations and pricing for all of these products.

All bath tubs can be made as whirlpool tubs, 6 or 8 jet systems are available. In line heat systems are also available. (Please get a quote)
Bath tubs using GTB colors or Veined Granite colors, must have a "two toned" interior.
Wall Panels & Trim
We have two different types of wall panels for showers and tub/showers. Smooth panels and tile pattern panels. We also offer various trims to finish the look of the shower. The information below will help you select a panel and a trim that's right for you.
Smooth Wall Panels
For a shower that is very easy to clean and maintain, our smooth panels are just the thing. Available in any of our colors, these panels are 3/8" thick and provide a look different and more durable than that of a fiberglass or plastic shower.

Tile Pattern Wall Panels
If you are looking for a tile appearence but, don't want the grout...our tile pattern panels are just what you need. 4 different patterns to give you options for the appearence, available in all of our colors, these panels are 1/2" thick and can give you a truly groutless shower with all the beauty of tile.
All of these panels should be ordered slightly larger than needed so that they can be scribed to make the grout lines align properly. Max. height on these panels is 96" (subway panel max. is 93"h)

Trim
These 3 different trims will provide an attractive way to finish off any shower. They can be used with the smooth panels but, are required for use with the tile pattern panels. (Tile pattern panels have no finished edges)
Chair Rail trim and Pencil Edge trim come in 9ft. lengths. Top Cap trim comes in 8ft. length.
